Since completing a Health Promotion based Masters of Science in Population Health in 2011, Sinéad has supported the needs of various population groups including; older adults, adults, adolescents, and children. Children’s health promotion gradually became her main career focus, leading her to become an educator for children with additional needs. Having gained perspective of adversity, and personal connection to Reiki, Sinéad’s career has evolved into sharing her healing energy with clients, allowing them to find serenity in her space and simplifying key areas of need through self-discovery. In her free time, Sinéad enjoys hiking, swimming, reading and personal development.
