It’s my dream to live in a healthy community, where proactive care and well-being are a priority. From preconception through pregnancy and the years to follow, there is so much to be gained by having a nervous system that is optimized during this very important time of growth and development.
After working in Nova Scotia for the last few years, I’m bringing my passion of caring for pregnant people and infants to Canmore. From newborn wellness check-ups to addressing breastfeeding/latch challenges and infant discomfort, my aim is to enhance your family’s quality of life.
My academic journey began at Western University, where I obtained a degree in Kinesiology. During my time there, I had the honor of being chosen as the emergency first responder for the Western Women’s Basketball team. This role enabled me to provide both on- and off-field medical coverage, cultivating invaluable skills in medical care and quick decision-making. Additionally, I participated in an exchange program to Melbourne, Australia, which broadened my horizons and contributed to my holistic education. Subsequently, I completed my Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Moving to Calgary was driven by my desire to be closer to the mountains, a place where I find solace and rejuvenation. Skiing and hiking are integral parts of my life, allowing me to combine my love for the outdoors with my commitment to well-being. My puppy Stella, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, joins me on this journey. You'll find us both at Bodhi Wellness every Tuesday and Thursday.
I firmly believe that regular chiropractic adjustments, coupled with an active outdoor lifestyle, pave the way for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Together, let's embark on this journey towards well-being and vitality.
