HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?  

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you wish to use the hot tubs, eucalyptus steam room, or gym before your appointment, you may arrive earlier. 

 

Please check our spa reception opening hours to plan your visit. If you arrive while our reception desk is closed, you can still enter the spa area between 8.30am and 10pm to use the facilities (changing rooms, showers, hot tubs, eucalyptus steam room & fitness room) using the code provided in your booking confirmation email - but please note you may not have access to towels, robes, locks, sandals, or refreshments outside of reception hours.    If you have an appointment outside spa reception hours, your practitioner will check you in at the time of your booking.

WHERE CAN I PARK?  

Bodhi Canmore spa guests can enjoy complimentary heated underground parking. Upon booking, a keycode for the parkade will be emailed to you. We also have additional free street parking in front of Silver Creek Lodge.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Debit & Cash are all accepted.​

DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD FOR BOOKING?      

A credit card is required to secure your booking to protect our practitioners in the case of no shows and late cancellations. We do not charge anything to the card unless you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice (72 hours for groups of 3 or more). You will pay for your appointment in person using whichever payment method you prefer.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice (72 hours for groups of 3 or more) for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

 

Clients who late cancel within this timeframe will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (based on services booked) to the card on file.   No shows with no attempt to contact us will be charged 100% of their treatment cost to the card on file.  There is no fee for cancellations made outside of the 24 hour (72 hour for groups of 3+) late cancellation timeframe.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL TO INSURANCE COMPANIES? 

Yes! We direct bill to most major insurance companies for Massage Therapy.  We are only able to bill to the primary insurance company for each person. Please fill out the email intake form with your insurance information before your appointment.  **IMPORTANT - If you wish to bill to insurance, you must select a practitioner with "RMT" next to their name. If you select an "MT", you will not be able to claim through insurance at all.

ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY? 

Yes, absolutely! At Bodhi Canmore, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We believe in the importance of creating a safe and comfortable space where all individuals can enjoy our spa services without fear of discrimination or prejudice.

While we do not have gender-neutral changing rooms, we are dedicated to making everyone feel as comfortable as possible. If you have specific needs or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Showers within the change-rooms are private, lockable cubicles, and we can provide an alternate room for you to change if you wish. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.

I'M PREGNANT, WHICH TREATMENTS ARE SAFE FOR ME? 

Massage Therapy is a safe and effective treatment that can provide huge benefits and help alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy. We do not recommend pregnant women have body wraps (due to elevated body temperature and extended time laying on your back), or shockwave treatments. It is not recommended to use the hot tubs or steam room while pregnant.
