Caroline
SPA ATTENDANT
Originally from Germany, Caroline came to Canada on a Work and Travel adventure, following her curiosity and love for new experiences. When she first arrived in Canmore, she was immediately captivated by the stunning mountain scenery and the peaceful energy of this place. The open skies, crisp air, and sense of freedom in the Rockies made her feel right at home.

Living in harmony with nature and maintaining balance in life have always been important to her. She believes that true wellness comes from nurturing both body and mind - through movement, rest, and joy. Whether she’s hiking through the forest, dancing to her favorite music, jogging along a mountain trail, or playing games with friends, she finds energy and happiness in staying active and connected.

At the same time, Caroline values the simple pleasures in life - sharing good food, enjoying quiet moments, or treating herself to something that makes her soul smile. For her, wellness means listening to what the body and heart need, and allowing both to find their rhythm. She is excited to learn how to ski, explore more of the Rockies, and continue growing in this beautiful environment. Being part of the Bodhi Wellness team allows her to share her belief that self-care, relaxation, and kindness - toward oneself and others - are the keys to living in balance.
