Shantelle

- Student Massage Therapist

Deep Tissue   |  Relaxation Massage   |  Hot Stone Massage  | Myofascial Cupping

Prenatal Massage   |   Postnatal Massage   |  Lymphatic Drainage

Shantelle is originally from Newfoundland, but moved to Calgary in 2009. In 2023, she was offered a transfer to the mountains by the rail company she was employed with. It wasn’t a hard decision to move, as she has always been passionate about exploring the mountains with her children.

During this time she was attending Massage School at Makami College in Calgary, which she graduated from in early 2025. She had always dreamed of going back to school when her kids became older and that time had arrived. She chose massage because she had always wanted a career where she could help people naturally and has always had a keen interest in natural healing and wellness.

Shantelle specializes in hot stone massage and relaxation (Swedish) massage, and is also trained in deep tissue, myofascial release and cupping, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage.

She is happiest when outside or surrounded by her many pets (4 cats and 1 dog) and her fiancé and children. In summer she enjoys paddle-boarding, camping, spending time at her lake site in the Shuswap, boating, hiking, and swimming. In winter she enjoys dining and experiencing new restaurants with her fiancé, skiing, sledding, and long nights curled up by the fireplace reading.
