Once we have found a suitable date and time for your group, we will need the following information to secure your booking:

Full names of all guests

For those getting a massage: whether each person plans to claim through insurance or not

A phone number and email address for the group

A valid credit card on file for the group.
* Nothing will charged to this card upfront; each group member may pay using their preferred payment method at the end of their visit.
** Please note that we require at least 72 hours notice of cancellation or changes for group bookings. Cancellations or major changes within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
