SOUND THERAPY

Where vibration becomes medicine.
Restore balance through sound.
A deeply restorative blend of sound, breath, and therapeutic touch to guide the nervous system into deep rest and renewal.
WHAT IS SOUND THERAPY?
Sound Therapy is a holistic wellness treatment that uses vibration, frequency, and resonance to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Through carefully selected sound tools and guided techniques, sound therapy works with the body’s natural rhythms to encourage deep rest, balance, and renewal.
Research shows that specific sound frequencies and vibrations can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system - the body’s “rest and digest” response - and influence brainwave activity. Because of its meditative nature, sound therapy is often experienced as deeply calming, grounding, and restorative.
Each Sound Therapy session begins with a self- and practitioner-led assessment, allowing the treatment to be intuitively tailored to your current physical state, emotional needs, and desired outcome.
Techniques may include a combination of:
-
Acutonics® – a sound healing modality using precisely calibrated tuning forks applied to acupressure points and energy pathways rooted in Chinese medicine
-
Hand chimes
-
Chakra balancing
-
Guided breathwork
-
Vocal toning
-
Acupressure
-
Therapeutic touch (hands, feet, face, and scalp)
-
Mindful movement (somatic techniques)
-
Meditation

FAQ
Is Sound Therapy a massage?
No. Sound Therapy is not a massage. While gentle therapeutic touch may be used on the hands, feet, face, and scalp, this treatment does not involve muscular manipulation, oils, or massage techniques. The focus is on sound, vibration, breath, and nervous system regulation.

What should I wear for Sound Therapy?
Clients remain fully clothed for the entire session. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move gently if guided somatic or mindful movement is included.
