WE'RE HIRING:

We’re looking for a friendly & dependable Spa Attendant to join our team at Bodhi Canmore! 

 

This role is essential to supporting the flow of our spa operations and help create a calm, welcoming, and memorable experience for our clients.

SCHEDULE: Thursdays & Fridays - daytime shifts

​

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming clients and providing them with all the information necessary to create a relaxing & seamless spa experience.

• Booking new appointments and managing the schedule, including consistent checking for booking errors and contacting clients for additional information where necessary.

• Handling payments and insurance billing.

• Responding to inquiries – phone, emails, texts and walk-ins.

• Supporting therapists and management with daily operations.

• Restocking amenities and ensuring guests have everything they need.

• Daily opening / closing procedures.

• Keeping the spa looking beautiful and operating smoothly with daily cleaning tasks and flipping/folding laundry.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm & Positivity: A warm personality who fits in with our team and makes our clients feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.

• Dependability: We are a small team, so punctuality and reliability are essential.

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.

• Tech-savviness: Comfort with computers and quick learning.

• Multitasking: Ability to juggle tasks throughout the day without compromising on quality.

• Ability to work independently: stay motivated and take initiative, especially when working alone. This position does involve working solo on the desk.

• Experience: Previous spa or clinic reception experience is helpful, but not mandatory. A great attitude and ability to quickly pick up new systems and procedures is most important.
